I believe life is good, God is good and we create our own reality with our thoughts. Of course I still face challenges. COVID19 and the current division and social and political turmoil in the world right now are big ones. And I have struggled over the last three years just like you.
Please take a minute to read Everyday is a Good Day and affirm with me, Yes, Everyday is a good day! And so it is.

Probably not. This is a series and an oldie but goodie from 2012 — Top 10 Staycaton Ideas. It is full of ideas for vacationing at or close to home. Espirational started out as a lifestyle blog with articles on a wide variety of topics. Over the years we have transitioned to more of spiritual topics, but living led by spirit takes us to all kinds of interesting places, doesn’t it?
I thnk this one is worth shaking the dust off and bringing back. This is the first article in the series. To find the rest put staycation in the search engine
Bob and I have been living gluten free for many years now. It was not easy in the beginning and over the years I have gone from being afraid there would be nothing left I could eat to just living the gluten free life. I do not cheat and I do not miss gluten laden foods. How? Well I remember what my life was like before. I was not well and had gone from doctor to doctor receiving one scarey diagnosis after the other — all which turned out to be wrong — Thank God! Once I began feeling better, learned there were still wonderful foods available to me and began developing my own recipes there was no turning back.
When someone tells me “Gluten free is just a fad” (and believe me they do} I just say “You don’t want to see me on gluten.” When someone tells me “well a little won’t hurt you” I just say “Yes it will.” I do not cheat, but I do not waste my time trying to convice people they do not know what they are talkng about. I just speak my truth and move on.
This is just the way I live. I focus mostly on fresh, naturally gluten free whole food while also avoiding dairy and limiting sugar and fat.
Here are a few of my favorite gluten free posts and recipes from over the years. Feel free to use the search box here on the blog to find more.
