ESPIRATIONAL POLICIES & RULES
(Note: Most questions are answered somewhere in this Policy Manuel. If yours is not, please feel free to ask it in a brief question which you send through our “Contact Us” form. We will answer it in order received ASAP.)
Espirational,Truth Ministries, along with its various parts including E.T.M. Publishing, All Things Espirational (espirational.net),. The Original Espirational Blog (espirational.com) and Espirational Faith (espirational.org connects thoughtful seekers of Universal truth around the world with one another, many being creative artists, authors, and other forms of entrepreneurs. This is a worldwide outreach built to help those who believe in and seek the truth of a pure and simple faith in the universal God to come together without discourse. Our gallery is to provide a space for these artists and others to have opportunity to present their work expressing these ideals to a like-minded audience and build a relationships through making, selling, and buying of unique goods. We want everyone on our Websites and blogs to feel accepted and safe in an inclusive environment.
On any Espirational site or blog, you cannot discriminate based upon:
- Gender identity
- National origin
- Sexual orientation
- Any other characteristic protected or unprotected under applicable human laws which creates an unequal, favored human condition.
It is your responsibility as a seller or buyer to know your local laws and any other legal regulations on discrimination that might apply to you.
Regardless your activity on Espirational’s Web presence, discrimination is not allowed. Examples of prohibited behavior on Etsy include, but are not limited to:
- Derogatory or demeaning remarks against protected groups listed above
- Posts that support or glorify current or historical hate groups
- Refusal of service based on membership in one or more protected groups
- Racial slurs.
If you think discrimination has occurred on Espirational Websites please report it by using our direct Contact Us form and we will investigate.
Gallery Refund Policy
Original Artwork Return Policy
From the time you receive your original artwork from our couriers, you have seven (7) days to decide whether to keep the work or return it in its original condition for a refund (Meaning the item must be clean, undamaged, resalable). Since our payment system is via PayPal, all shipments are made with verifiable signature receipt which is dated by the courier.
We also require all returned artwork to be shipped out by the buyer within three (3) days after confirming with us that the work will be returned. So, if you receive artwork you’ve purchased from The Espirational Gallery and are not fully satisfied, you have:
- –Seven (7) daysto contact us about your intent to return the work.
- –Three (3) daysfrom the day you contacted us to ship the artwork.
***Do not ship the artwork before contacting us; you must first contact us.***
If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund. (Some exceptions will apply. Please contact us for an assessment of your specific situation.)

What to Do If the Artwork Arrives Damaged
Step 1 – Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date, please use our Contact Us communication form on this site to give us your order information (order date, item name, delivery date, your name and address, and the reason for request.
Step 2 – Save original packaging!
Step 3 – Take photos of damaged artwork and packaging. Please email these photos to the email address to be given to you at the time of these communications. A representative from The Espirational Gallery will contact you on the next step to proceed.
How to Return an Original, Undamaged Work
Step 1 – Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date, please use our Contact Us communication form on this site to give us your order information and the reason for wanting to return the work.
Step 2 – Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials used by the artist or Espirational Gallery. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing packaging materials to send the artwork back safely to the artist or The Espirational Gallery as specified in the communications..
Step 3 – Use the “Contact Us” button to complete the return process.
E.T.M Publishing/Espirational Gallery will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded via PayPal to your original source of payment in the same currency of your original order (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any) within 7-10 business days of your merchandise receipt by Espirational or one of its artists.
