We are bombarded with messages from popular media telling us to do this or not do that. While we would all like to find a perfect one size fits all solution or have someone else tell us how to live, that is not how life works. Life is a journey and we learn the way on the trip.
It is important to remember the words of Carl Jung, “… there is no recipe for living that suits all cases.” Finding your way through life can be a lonely experience. Continue with prayer and meditation, following inner guidance and you will find others along the way to share experiences with. Who knows, you may one day find others following you.

I still love watching reruns of The Joy of Painting with the late Bob Ross on PBS. Bob was not only a painter and teacher, he was also a philosopher and nature lover. One of his favorite sayings was, “There are no mistakes, just happy accidents.“
Learning anything new becomes overwhelming if you are afraid of making mistakes. Making what at first seems like a mistake may actually turn out better than what you intended. Look for them and you will learn to love those “happy accidents.”
