Lessons of Autumn

Each season of the earth and of life it’s own unique lessons to teach us. The lessons of autumn center around embracing change and learning to let go of that which no longer serves us.

I am an autumn and winter person. I love the colors, the cooler air and the crunch of leaves under my feet. Living at the lake things get busier and we have more people around during spring and summer. So I also enjoy the peace and quite of the colder months. What is autumn teaching you?

Please join me this month as we explore the lessons of autumn.

Keep Planting Those Seeds

As we wrap up the month of October I want to encourage you to keep planting those seeds of good things like love, joy, peace, hope and kindness. We may never know how these seeds spread and grow in the lives of others, but we can feel them growing within our selves. So go our there and scatter some seed.
