Hanging on and Letting Go

Do you tend to hang on to things? I know I do. Old ideas, thoughts, ways of doing things, hurts and acomplishements, these are all things which can hold us back in life. We can hang on to these things for years. Forgetting that each new day can be a fresh start, a new beginning.

I am still learning that reciting thise words “I release and I let go of all that is not mine and that which no longer serves me” everyday is necessary for me. It is also important for me to watch the sunrise as a reminder that each new day can be fresh start if we let it.

Are you stlll bringing old baggage into a new day? How could you develop a routine of letting go and welcoming each new day?
