I have recently come to the same conclusion. Early stages prostate cancer. I’ve decided to stop reading about it, keep my doctor appointments and to “live in the now” as much as I can, to inhale and appreciate every moment and performing all activities with focus , attention and appreciation. I don’t have yesterday. I don’t have tomorrow. All I have is today.
