If you continue to focus on what you can’t eat you will continue to feel deprived and miserable. Shift your focus to what you can eat.
- Make a list of everything you can think of that is gluten free.
- Start with the obvious naturally gluten free stuff like fruits and veggies and go from there.
- Don’t worry, you will keep adding new foods as you think of them.
- If you are uncertain of certain foods do a search to discover their gluten free status.
If you need help coming up with a list ask for help. Bob made my list while I was still wallowing in self-pity.
Post you list in a place where you can see it easily. Keep adding as you discover new foods. I call my list my “refrigerator list” because I keep it on the refrigerator door.
