Celebrate Everything

“Until further notice, celebrate everything.”
― Anonymous

Sometimes we find ourselves feeling so burdened by life we forget that The Universe/God does provide.  Now we may not always get the new car we want or even enough money to cover an impending medical bill, but the Universe does provide.  And sometimes it is done in small ways we may not even notice and often with a sense of humor.

Being “retired” and living on a “fixed income” money is always tight around here.  It doesn’t help when we are human and make mistakes with the bank account.  Recently such a mistake brought us close to being overdrawn.  While Bob was trying to figure out what to do a payment for some research work he had done went straight into the bank.  The Social Security payment was also early, which NEVER happens.

When I went grocery shopping as I was going down the aisles I started noticing that a number of items I buy regularly were marked noticeably less.  But my cart was close to full and I was sure I had blown my budget.  As I stood there trying to figure out what to do my total came up — right in the zone where it needed to be.  Thank you God!

How often do we take for granted or even fail to notice God’s provision because we were looking for something big and spectacular?  So let’s follow today’s quote and “Until further notice, celebrate everything.”

Let’s Talk About It
