The Help of Others

I really like this quotation.  In a world where many seem to believe they not only can but do achieve everything on their own,  we need to be reminded of this important truth.

What better time that the fist day of the new year to remember those who have helped us along life’s way and be grateful.

Today I am grateful for the members of the church where I grew up.  Many are gone now, but they are still alive in my heart and I am forever grateful for their guidance, support and friendship.

  2. True. Also comes help comes in many forms. I would not be who I am today if people hadn’t taken the time to give me some encouragement when I was young. I am encouraging to young people as a way of paying back and because I want to be. God bless you both and happy new year. ❤
