    Today is a day where I hit the scale. I was not happy. After a week of holiday and working and lack of a gym nearby (and freezing temperatures) my measly workout routine this week has made me feel just…bad.

    Trying not to be negative nancy. I am really trying..and then I found this post from Espirational. I think for everyone in the holiday swing, this could help us all.
