When I get overwhelmed by the craziness in the world I often think there is nothing I can do. There may be nothing I can do to directly solve all the world’s problems. But I can do my little bit of good where I am. I can be kind, gentle and loving. I can introduce myself to my neighbors. I can take hot soup to a sick friend. These small acts of kindness are where it all starts.

If you ask me, they are the whole kit and caboodle. I think many of the problems. The current moment are simply because too many people are not doing their little part.

I agree. But I think many just don’t know what to do. And due to the gravity of the situation we think we have to do something really big to fix things right now. I’m afraid this is one of those really simple things that people just can’t see or comprehend.
