It can be easy to get so caught up on all the terrible things going on in the world that we forget about the good. In spite of all the chaos we still wake up in the morning, the sun still shines and we do still meet good people throughout the day.
Today we have a simple little exercise. Think of one good thing in your life, you neighborhood or even the world. Think of it throughout the day. Start looking for the good things in life and you will find them. Practice this everyday and you will find your mood and your attitude improving. Add a little prayer of gratitude for the good things and it will get even better. 🙂
