I just couldn’t resist an “extra” post today to celebrate the signs of spring. Yesterday I dropped Bob off at the YMCA and took my camera to the local botanical garden. Shocked at the explosion of color since my last visit I ended up taking over 100 photos. You will be seeing a number of these in the future, but today I thought I’d give you a little teaser.
Now I will have the village people in my head all day. “Its fun to stay at the…..:-D”

I picked him up when he was finished working out at the gym. I didn’t just leave him there. 😉 But now you’ve done it — I’ll have that song running (complete with actions) through my head for days.

Its cold and dreary here in Wisconsin, with snow coming for Holy Thursday. Thanks for sharing this lovely reminder of New Life!

Thank you! This is the farthest south I’ve ever lived, but I’m enjoying the mild winters and early spring.

Beautiful looks like Lady Banksia (maybe spelt wrong). Used to have a wonderful and towering shrub that this time of year was gorgeous. Wonderful photograph, Spring is definitely here.

I need to start learning the names of the flowers, trees and shrubs. Maybe I will catch a volunteer out there sometime.
