    1. Well, let’s say “healthier” — it’s still dessert 😉 I can eat this. The full sugar and fat in regular (or even most gluten free) cakes pushes me over the edge.

      1. I have the same problem. I just learned that exercise lowers blood sugar. You may already know this, but it’s news to me. I’m being diligent in working to the point of getting my heart rate up and keeping it there. It only been a month. I do see improvements, but it takes time. Everything always does.
