Espirational Truth Lesson (1.0.0 – 1.8.1)

Revealed:

The Prophetic Language and The Prophets’ Dictionary

A compendium of the book of “The Revelation,” written by the Apostle John as it is found in the book of today’s Christendom’s Holy Bible, explained in the same way as Jesus taught his disciples to understand parables and with the same authority: including parts to explain the systematic procedures for the interpretation of the prophetic (figurative) language of the parables and prophecies into the natural (literal) language common to the majority of mankind today who speak the English language; to show the direct relationship between two of the most acceptable versions of the book of “The Revelation” which is interpolated from these versions by use of the Prophetic Language; to give a dictionary of the Prophetic Language and where the prophetic words’ definitions can be found; and to show the undeniable correlation between the message revealed in “The Revelation” and the progressive, yet destructive attempts of mankind to effectively govern itself, without it’s Creator’s guidance, and what will be the net results of these attempts.

First Edition Introduction

Jehovah, the Lord God of all universes and dimensions, who created the stars and the planets which orbit around them, and Earth and all which is upon it, and all of the living beings both physical and spiritual who inhabit these place, must love a mystery.  I mean, just look at mankind.  He could just as easily have made us to be as the robots and created us solely for the purpose of serving him, give us a one-time choice as to whether or not we would do so as he did the angels, and then forever having the servants so many people seem to believe he desires us to be.  But he didn’t make man that way.  Instead he made us in a very unique fashion which few, if any, have even begun to comprehend except it be for Jesus who has become the prime example of that uniqueness.  He made us like himself:  able to love a perfect, dauntless, unswerving, undeniable, unspeakable love without needing a purpose other than its own existence to do so.  But there was even more to this creation.  He can often look at the various aspects of a little child and see various aspects of our Creator; and often what we learn is quite amazing.  One of the first things we learn is that Jehovah must be a very curious being.

Why did God create mankind in such a way as to allow him to be so rebellious?  This question has been asked by uncounted multitudes throughout the ages of mankind’s history to priests, rabbis, pastors, monks, gurus, prophets, popes, astrologers, philosophers, and now even modern scientists and innumerable others with a somewhat glib remark spoken under their breath having an underlying meaning of “I don’t know.”  But surely if you watched a little child and realized that child as having been created in God’s image then an inkling of the reason for this seeming flaw in God’s logic can be better understood.

Immediately upon birth, in the most normal circumstances without the “advantages” of modern hospitals, the infant is bombarded by a strange, cold, frightening world into which it has been forcefully pushed and painfully delivered.  In anguish the infant attempts to open its eyes to see through the blinding light something to which that spirit within is still connected.  Terrified and uncomfortable the baby usually cries in agony until it feels the nipple of its loving mother on its lips or the arms of a loving surrogate parent around its body.  Then, after the terror subsides, the baby becomes tranquil.  Finally the infant is able to begin to look up through eyes veiled with tears at the one who, usually, will become the child’s primary parent for many years to come.

The child’s eyes look intently upon this person who is usually to become a person who to him or her will be called “Mom,” or “Mother,” or some other entitlement other than the name that person was given at birth.  Gazing somewhat absentmindedly at the one holding this wrapped little bundle which has just been through a miracle, the baby goes to sleep while the brain within is imprinted with the impression of, “This is the one who gave me comfort after such torment.  This is who I love.”

As the baby grows it can be seen that the sleep required as an infant becomes less and less.  While this is happening the child usually shows more and more curiosity concerning the small universe of things placed in the baby’s crib and later in his or her room.  It almost seems as though it is this curiosity which draws the infant out of its silent world of sleep and into the bright and enlivened world of the physical realm.  Soon the young child sees something wanted. The reason is quite unknown, but the desire is strong enough that the child tries desperately to reach, squirm, or pull until the object is where the young scientist who is now seeking knowledge can handle it.  If these efforts do not work, then a sudden burst of cries or screams are exploded out of the baby’s mouth who has by now learned gains the instant attention of Mom or Dad or someone else nearby who will keep trying various thins until that wanted item is handed to the child as a peace offering.  The baby has learned, though so primitively, to communicate.

Within just a few months the child will listen to those around him or her and will realize that certain sounds they make to some another and some of the sounds she or he makes personally seems to carry meaning.  Quite accidently one morning the baby says, “Da-da” which Mother takes so seriously that she calls the child’s father into the room and makes such a fuss over the baby’s accidental utterance that they give ice cream as an award. From that moment on the child says “Da-da” if the ice cream is desired; but instead, when those words come out the babe’s mouth, father appears.  Soon the child realizes that “Da-da” does not mean ice-cream, but rather starts using it as a way to get Daddy to come whenever desired.  Now the child is learning to communicate in the language of his or her parents.

With this advent of learning that words can create the ability to both get things that the child desires and to enrich the relationship with the ones loved, the young child rapidly begins developing a vocabulary.  Driving the parents mad, the two to four year old child incessantly asks, “What’s that”, or “Why?” of “What for?” even to the point that often the parent silently wishes to gag the child just for a moment’s peace and quiet.  However, it is through this persistent questioning that the child is able to develop normally into the adulthood it was created to live.

In the Kingdom of God it should be no different.  Those who are “born again” into this kingdom have, ever since their neonate years before they had the spiritual birthing experience, heard this strange speech which Christians use concerning their God and how they were saved from their sins.  However, seldom is the case when anyone ever sits down to try to teach these newborns this spiritual language which is spoken so profoundly from the pulpits of the churches of the world, and even on the street corners of small villages.  Therefore they learn this language by trial and error.

If a child is never taught to use a dictionary in school then that child’s ability to progress in the knowledge offered by that school will indeed be limited; the same is true for the Church.  However the Church has been handicapped by the fact that no one has, until now, ever taken the time to develop a dictionary for the use of the Christian World to enable the young student of Scriptures to be able to better understand the spiritual language in which those scriptures came.

Now I speak not of the original language of the Hebrew, Aramaic and Greek.  There have been innumerable Bible scholars who have painstakingly translated the Scriptures into the modern languages people speak today.  For this we should all be grateful.  I don’t even talk about the need for a work which defines the literal meanings of the words as they appear in the Bible as is done in Nave’s Topical Bible (NTB), Davis Dictionary of the Bible (DDB), Unger’s Bible Handbook, and others.  Though these are important, they present just a surface, physical meaning to the words which often can be obtained in any good dictionary or encyclopedia.  What I instead speak of is a listing of the literal meanings of the figurative words as used in parables and prophecies throughout the Scriptures.

After over twenty years of researching extensively major libraries throughout the United States, and writing letters to various other parts of the world, I have never found a dictionary of the sort which specifically takes the figurative words as they are recorded in the Bible and attempt to define them in a systematic manner into a literal “human” language for all to see and hopefully understand.  Many have touched upon this idea to be sure.  For instance Alexander Cruden, in his concordance (CCB), attempted to give the literal meanings to many of the words found in the Scriptures which obviously were placed there originally in a figurative sense.  However he never gives an explanation as to where these definitions come from and some of them seem to be derived more from traditions than from the Scriptures themselves.  Since he did not take the time to show the evidence then there is reason for a shadow of double regardless the scholarship of Alexander himself.

Sadly, the majority of this type of research into the Spiritual, figurative language of the Bible has either been considered a taboo subject by theologians and scholars or they have their time consumed by other “more important things,” leaving this type of study up to the ones caught up in the sciences and some of the cultish denominations.  Thus, when people enter a New Age book store they can find a multitude of books claiming to have discovered the true mystical language of the Scriptures.  However when one looks into these books it becomes obvious that what these authors have done has been to glaze over the fact that Scriptures can and do interpret themselves.  Instead they attempt to persuade people that the definitions which they have given the figurative words in the Bible, which have either been handed down to them by traditions or have imagined out of their own minds, are the true meaning of these spiritual terms.  Few, if any of the figurative, spiritual terms definitions from either the conservative fundamental churches or the liberal New Age movement have ever been proven to be accurate by sighting the Scriptures themselves (Except for a few organizations like the Seventh Day Adventists and the Worldwide Church of God who also admit to having only a part of the figurative language interpreted into the literal tongue).

Therefore, out of curiosity as to why the Angel of God thought it so important for the believers to understand the “language of God which is the language of dreams” when he visited me when I was seventeen and gave me my instructions for the unusual ministry I am to carry out while on this planet, I somewhat unintentionally began collecting meanings out of the Scriptures concerning what the figurative words in the Bible actually meant.  I did this not only by studying the Scriptures myself, but often by scratching notes on scraps of paper when visiting various churches or Bible Studies and stowing them away in a box or drawer forgetting they existed.

After quite some time, though all the while being a voracious reader and attempting to correlate the prophecies with history, I dug out those scraps of knowledge and began to put them in an organized fashion.  Much to my amazement these little words whose definitions had come from the widely divided denominations and sects of Christendom began to make sense when I would read the definitions in place of the words originally written by the prophet in the book of The Revelation.  However, I realized that I did not have enough of the words defined to truly make the literal meaning of that mysterious book come to light.

After finding the meaning to the prophetic definition to the figurative word “key” as meaning literally “knowledge” I was on my way.  Every spare minute I had I was asking the Holy Spirit, “What’s that?” or “What’s this mean?”  I was like a little child all over again.  I would recruit others to help with the research and they would gain the excitement with me also, often staying up all night just to find the definition of one word, until they were snared by the unbeliever’s trap of fear and doubt.  The research has been exciting.  It has kept me enthralled for the past twenty years and I dare say it will keep me interested for the next eternity.  It has opened for me a universe of which most only dream.  And yet I know that I have only scratched the surface of the knowledge available to the person who, when they are born again into the Kingdom of God, will truly become as a little child and learn the things of God.

Acknowledgements

As is common in a book of research of this sort, I feel impelled to give credit to the innumerable people who have, in various ways, contributed their valuable time and resources to the research in the preparation of this book.  To not do so would, indeed, be to leave the book incomplete.

First I wish to thank Jehovah, the God of all creation, for the opportunity to not only exist but to be considered worthy of carrying forth this message of agape love to mankind during the end of this age.  But most of all, I thank him for the gift he gave all mankind of his son, Jesus, whom he sent to be able to lead his highest creation into perfection—that is to be like him.  Without his love none of this could be possible.

Next I would like to thank Jesus, the Christ of God and the Messiah of Mankind, for accepting this most difficult of appointments of giving to us positive evidence of the power his father has over the grave.  His was a lonely trek which no one before him ever had the faith to do.  To die, with no physiological reason to believe that he could be raised; but with a faith that turned into fact he arose, victor over the grave through his father’s power.  It is this fact that has saved me, and countless others from a bottomless pit.  He, through his willing show of faith, has washed our sin of unbelief away and has rent in twain that curtain which shielded us from Truth.  That Truth being that we are the children of Go.  It was he who first taught his disciples of the way to understand the parables as discoursed in this book.  Had I never met him, had I not trusted his words and been obedient to them, I surely could have never conceived of such a book as this.

It has been through the empowerment of his Holy Spirit of Truth that the rest has occurred.  I, along with Jeremiah, have experienced the blessing of knowing that the Lord knew me before I “came out of the womb” {JER 1:5).  It has been through this Holy Spirit I came to realize at an early age that the family I was in was unique.  Seldom a night was missed before my twelfth birthday that everyone in the house would gather together and have a family altar.  Though I became bitter toward my mother at a point of life for an illness beyond her control; a love and thankfulness toward her spiritual guidance shall never diminish.  She fell asleep many years ago, but shall never be forgotten.

I wish to sincerely thank my father, who most knew as “Ovie” but who told me he preferred his given name, Ervin, for his never wavering faith that I would end up a success in what I set out to do.  Even though clearly stated that he did not understand what I was trying to do, he told many of his pride in the fact that I had had not been as other evangelists of the age with their hands perpetually being thrust out for money.  “I’ve never seen the Lord do that,” he’d say.  I’m proud you’re following his example.”  If it were not for him it could well have taken another twenty years or longer to have completed this work.  Through all the long hours and difficult times researching and writing this book my father was a strong example to me of what my Heavenly Father is like, and that has helped pull me through the toughest of times.

My sister, Joan (pronounced Jo-ann), who has consistently encouraged by writing skills even when English teachers gave up; and my brother Fred, who has been a model of success for me, have contributed, in their own ways to the completion of this book as have the rest of the family of which I am so proudly a member.  Each one of them could have a story pulled out that how they’ve helped; but space does not permit it here.

I wish to thank also the men and women of faith who have encourage me on this research throughout the years.  The home teaches of one church who, though I dismissed them when I saw a fallacy in their teachings at twelve years of age, taught me the value of accurate Bible study and its application to daily life.  Thanks also goes to the Rev. Dr. Page of Kansas City, a professor at a Bible College there who taught me many things about Scripture privately.  Sandy (my ex-wife) introduced me to the the Jesus People in Kansas City whose fellowship years were possibly the most joyous of my life thus far.  Thanks also goes to the Rev. Ivan Wayne Ellis and members of the now defunct Midwest Gospel Express Band of King City, Missouri and the Rev. Dr. Daniel Griffin; the members of the Baptist Student Union of the Northwest Missouri State University, and all of the others who the Lord has brought across my path to help bring my research into fruition.

A special thanks goes to Mrs. Elsie Trimble for allowing me to tell of her dream which confirmed my work on this book.  She had never before allowed anyone to know this incident nor her thoughts of it.  And it is also important for me to the thank the several students from Bible studies led my me who became excited about this theory and spend uncountable hours searching for the meanings of various words.  Thanks must also be said to the editors of Zondervan Publishing Company who have permitted me to use the New International Version of the Bible as part of my work.  And, without a doubt, a special word of thanks must be given to the numerous typists and secretaries who have stained their eyes and imaginations trying to decipher my handwriting to get my book into a readable form.  Without these, and countless other yet unmentioned people’s assistance this book would have remained incomplete much longer.

And finally I want to thank my grandmother whose spirit has returned to the Lord, but whose memory shall never depart from me.  I speak of her last not because she is least, but because she is great.  She wanted my father to a preacher.  Though a Godly man, he never preached in any way other than living a life of what I believe to be a righteous man.  One night, with hope in her eyes, Grandmother looked me in the eyes and said, “maybe you’ll be my preacher-man.”  So be it.

Web Edition

Introduction

Okay, it’s time for an update.  I first published the first printing of this work  in 1988, over 25 years ago. It was in a crude loose-leaf format and I typeset it on an early Smith-Corona word processor with long hours of frustration and eye strain. I gave several copies of the resulting 500 plus page book to friends and relatives who became lost in its voluminous verbiage and since my weakest point in business management has always been marketing, the book saw no sales. But the primary goal of the initial publication of my book which I called: What the Righteous Desire to See had been met. The book was published before the Iron Curtain in Germany was torn down. My evidence that this is, indeed, my work completed and published before 1988 is therefore my Library of Congress catalogue number and those who have had copies of it since that date.

This evidence is important because I make claims in book four of this series which could seem presumptuous and even possibly written after the fact of them already having occurred. But I assure you, through the evidence just mentioned, they were not. This third continuance edition, which is being published by the technologically advanced services of Amazon.com’s Kindle online book house,  is the same book as I first published over 25 years ago. However I’ve turned it into a two volume, four book collection, reedited the grammar and spelling, and due to the technological advances provided by Kindle, the publication is much more readable and understandable.

This volume (one) contains books one and two. Book one explains how I discovered the allegorical definitions of the parabolic and prophetic language contained within the Christian/Hebraic Holy Scriptures. Volume Two is a dictionary of figurative terms and what the writers of the scriptures say they mean, along with notations as to where in the Holy Bible these definitions can be found and the reasoning behind these meanings.  There are enough words defined literally to be able to “translate” or transliterate the complete book of The Revelation of Jesus Christ to St. John, the Apostle.

Volume Two is scheduled to be published within the next year and will contain Book Three, which is, indeed, The Revelation of Jesus Christ to St. John, the Apostle, transliterated. This is a careful, word for word, substitution of the literal language for the original figurative language found in the King James Authorized Version of the Holy Bible. Book Four is republication of my historical commentary for the book of The Revelation, where I show how prophecy has, or will, fit into evidence by the events as recorded in history.

Further volumes are hoped for in the future where I hope to put out a future Revealed volume on Jesus’ parables, Old Testament parables, Song of Solomon, Minor Prophets, and others — time permitting. But for now, I’m concentrating on getting this knowledge out to the seeker of truth to reveal to everyone how Jesus intended for his truth to set us all free.

Special thanks goes to my wife, Rogene, who has willfully spent many hours typing the original manuscript of these books into our computer, though she does not enjoy typing or editing, since I could not see to do so myself due to the development of significant eye problems a few years ago. This special lady has traveled a long and sometimes treacherous road in her spiritual life to become the  strong spiritual woman she is today. Thank you Genie.

And thank you, my readers for purchasing this work. I hope it will help you in your spiritual journey. If you have comments, or see something like a spelling, grammatical or historical error, please feel free to contact me via the contact form provided on espirational.org.

Shalom.

Allegories: The Prophetic Language

Chapter One:  What are Dreams and Visions?

Ever since humans were cast out of the Garden of Eden, about six thousand years ago, they have been receiving messages from their Creator in the form of images cast within their minds; usually while asleep, but sometimes while wide awake.  But, sadly enough, though the knowledge that these “VISIONS IN THE NIGHT” (ISA 29:7; JOB 33:15) were actually commonly known as a means of communication from an unseen world centuries ago, today they are only a subject of curiosity.

Even Pilate’s wife recognized that she was being warned against her husband’s sentencing Jesus to death when she said to Pilate, “Have though nothing to do with this just man (Jesus):  For I have suffered many things this day in a dream because of him” (MAT 27:17-19 KJV).  But today very few churches teach that dreams and visions have any true meaning in mankind’s spiritual life.  The result has been to cause a one-way communication between the creation, who prays, begs and pleads for mercy and its Creator who desires so much to be heard but to whom so few attend.

Numerous people who are well known historical figures in the Scriptures not only paid close attention to their dreams but also were consulted by others as to what their dreams meant.

Others could probably be noted, but space does not permit it here.  The important thing is that all of these dreams and visions are very important in Scriptural literature.

And even more, there is no evidence, as some would lead us to believe, that these things would ever be withheld from mankind.  On the contrary, the Lord promised in the book of Joel that “It shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions (JOL 2:28—KJV).  And then, in the book of The Acts of the Apostles, (2, 14-17) Luke recorded Peter’s sermon on the great day of Pentecost: “For these are not drunken as you supposed, seeing it is but the third hour of the day, but this is that which was spoken by the Prophet Joel” and then he quoted Joel (2:28)

Dreams and visions have always been of extreme importance throughout the history of the Israelites and Christianity; but, because of the obscurity of the language in which they appear, it has become something placed upon the upper shelves of the religious libraries.  It, therefore, has become a favorite subject of the occultists and pseudo-scientists because they are the ones forever trying to answer the questions fluffed off by theologians as unknowable.  Yet, if these things are unknowable, how then can it be that the early Church emphasized the fact that through the dreams and visions their people were having that prophecies were being fulfilled?  Why too, were the dreams and visions connected in the same breath with prophesying unless there is a direct correlation between them?  The reason is obvious:  there is a correlation between the prophecies of the Scriptures and the language of dreams and visions which so long has been hidden.  It is how the Church can reveal this figurative language is what this book is all about.

Chapter Two:  The Interpretation of Dreams

In order for dreams or visions to carry any form of meaning, the language in which they arrive must be recognized and understood.  Since this language has been hidden in obscurity for centuries and, before that, revealed only to the prophets of God (GEN 40; DAN 2), the language has been lost except to those who walk in the Spirit.  However, to those who are attuned to the picturesque language of dreams, There is a God in Heaven who revealeth secrets” (DAN 2:28-KJV); here referring to the dreams of Nebuchadnezzar.  But any dream which one has can reveal something about the self, the environment, or the Universe where one lives, if it were possible to let go of the very limited notion that dreams are but the sorting of a person’s mind in a very confused world, to the expanded realization that these night visions are often messages from the Almighty Creator and his son, Jesus, themselves, through their Holy Angels.

When God created man and woman and place them in the garden he made them in his own likeness (GEN 1:26-27).  Now what in the world could this possibly mean?  Does it mean that God is confined to a physical body as mankind believes itself to be?  Of course not!  When Jesus resurrected, he appeared and disappeared at will to his disciples (JOB 20:24-31; 21:1-5) and to Mary of Magdala (JOH 20:10-16).  Though he had a physical body which could be touched (JOH 20:27) and seen even at the time of the ascension (ACT 1:9) he was not limited by it.

Does being created in God’s image mean that God uses but only 10% or less of his mind as scientists say people do?  Ridiculous one says, of course he uses the full capacity of his mind.  Why, then is mankind not capable of using the full capacity of their mind?  Why have people been limited to using but one-tenth of the capacity with which we are created?  And what’s more, there is now evidence that this capacity is multiplicative.  That is, if there are 100 synapse (there are actually many more of these points of contact within the brain where electricity is conducted from one area of the brain to another) then one could assign a value of 10 urgs* to the first synapse connection within the brain which would be of the lowest animal instincts necessary to keep the system operating (i.e. air, water, food, clothing, shelter, and reproduction).  Then the next synapse would have a value of one-hundred (viz: 10×10=100) urgs.  If people normally use only one-tenth of the synapse connections within their minds, then only ten synapse are ever used by even the most brilliant of minds on the planet: therefore, having an urg value of 109 (or 10, 000,000,000 — ten billion urgs).  However, this still leaves 90 synapses unaccounted for, or a total of 1089 (or 10 with 89 zeros after it, viz., infinite: see right).  What are these impulses doing?  Do they simply hold space?

The fact is, this is the area from which mankind was “cast out” that they might not reenter at the time of the fall (GEN 3).  But now, through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, it is available to anyone who does not fear to enter through the torn veil rent in two from the top to bottom at the moment of Jesus’ death (MAT 27:51).  This is not to say that there wasn’t a physical place on this planet which was planted under the command and the careful watch and care of the Creator in which the first man and woman were place.  But to understand any Scripture it must be recognized that they were inspired by the God who created this Universe (2TI 3:16) who’s ways are truly not comparable to man’s ways (ISA 55:8 & 9) and thus the book Christians use as the basis of faith is not only a book which speaks about the physical universe around them, but also it is one which tells of their, and the Universe’s, spiritual make-up if the parallels can be comprehended.

This concept is generally recognized by the world’s theologians, even among many not recognizing the Truth that the only way to God is Jesus who is the Christ, the Messiah, the Anointed One of mankind. Also recognized, however, is the fact that there are dangers in attempting to work in depth in the understanding of Spiritual things?  There have been those who have lost their minds, their lives, or both from this type of study and total involvement.  The reason for this is actually quite simple.  Regardless of what the ones behind the pulpits may say, the doctrines that many of them teach is a doctrine of fear and unbelief.  Uncounted times the author has been told to “leave those things alone.  If you keep trying to work with them, you’ll end up destroying your life.”  Under their breaths people have said, “Yeah, he seems to be a very strong Christian; but I’ve seen ones like him.  They never last.  He’ll come out of it.”  After many years of in depth research, it has never happened.  There have been slips and doubles; there have been many growing pains; but the Lord has always been there to help.              Now, in reality, all pastors do when they say to people to not try to seek out the Truth in certain things is to, themselves, come under the influence of Satan which is the spirit of Fear.  They say to their parishioners, “Well, some things are just not for us to know”; or “Well, we just can’t comprehend everything God has because we are mortal and He is God.”

Come now, when are people going to stop believing these lame duck excuses?  Did not Jesus say that the Holy Spirit which he sent in the Father’s name would teach “All things, and bring all things” into remembrance, whatever he had said to the disciples (JOH 14:26)?  Is it conceivable that the disciples could spend three and one-half year with the Master of Life without his telling them of the meanings of the parables and how to interpret the prophecies as he did in Matthey 13?  Is it reasonable that the Lord would spend so long with his friends that he would not tell them of the things which are considered “other worldly”?  Of course not.  Yet, because of fear of the unknown, people are warned continually to not inquire into the deeper things of God “least you be tempted and are led astray”.

But the Scriptures say, “There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear; because fear has torment.  He that fears is not made perfect in love” (1JN 4:18-KJV).  Yes there are dangers in delving into the meanings of the Scriptures which open the Spiritual side of life.  Meanings which have largely become hidden by the very ones proclaiming themselves to be teaching their truths.  They are the ones who have created the power behind the occult factor found in society today for they refuse to delve into these things and to reveal the Truth.  They refuse to because they are either afraid to, which in itself proves that they are serving some other god than the Pure Agape Love of the Bible (1JN 4:8 & 16); or because someone, either themselves or someone else, has gained their approval to assign meanings to these things who actually has no such authority given them by God.

This has been one of the basic reasons for the demonic conflict within the churches throughout the past few centuries.  Believers seem to have forgotten Peter’s admonition that, “We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto you do well that you take heed, as a light that shines in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts: knowing this first, that no prophecy of the Scripture is of any private interpretation.  For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Ghost” (2PE 1:19-21— KJV).

A person has no right to say what the prophetic words mean except first the prophets themselves are consulted and it is determined what they said those words meant.  It is not the same language as mankind normally uses, whether that common language be English, Hebrew, Russian, Chinese, Nigerian, Osage, Arabic or whatever language one may speak.  That language is the one which one sees in dreams; the one which comes forth in thoughts before they are interpreted into words which come out of the mouth.  That language is a language of pictures, and each picture has a meaning.  That language is the language of God and the Angels.

Chapter Three:  The Language of the Angels

The language which is used in a dream, a vision, or a parable is not like a language which is normally used in written or spoken communication as you see on this page.  Actually most psychologists and psychiatrists agree that what one communicates in the written or spoken language is a translations of thoughts which have originally be formed in the mind as pictures.  However these thought forms quite often connote a far different meaning in the human languages than seem obvious to the dreamer.

The reason for this is somewhat obscure, but still relatively easy to understand.  When a telepathic communication is sent from God, Jesus, or one of the Angels to someone it takes the form most easily comprehensible and recognizable to both parties.  Since God created man to live in a perfect Universe, and thus formed the telepathic language at that time, the things which were most common around the newly created beings became objects of meaning within the picture language of the mind.

Thus a tree came to be known to represent a person because of its indefinite life span (see Prophets’ Dictionary for locations of definitions) and an animal (beast) came to be known as a nation of people because of the shortened life span and roaring doctrines.  This language was Universal, as it still is today; but after mankind’s fall from God’s Garden, we quickly forgot how to “read” this language and our communication with God was quickly shut off except for a very few people who chose to believe the words of God.

In order to even begin to comprehend the prophetic language of God and the angels one must first accept the fact that it is the original means of communication between people and our Creator and thus some of the concepts may be foreign to the fallen state of mind the person may be in who does not know Christ as Savior.  That is, if one should think of a person as a tree because of its indefinite life span the idea may seem ridiculous to those who look around them and see men, women and children dying daily.  However, the “Word” was coined before the time when people had brought certain death upon themselves by not believing the words of God.  The concept is much easier to comprehend if we looks at it through the Savior, Jesus’ eyes.

Here is a man who decided he would trust his Heavenly father and obey his commandments.  Thus, though he did die, he arose as the victor over the grave to live forevermore.  Even today there are trees know to be hundreds, thousands of years old on this planet.  Nearly two-thousand years ago a babe was born named Jesus who is still alive and well today; his age is that of a tree which cannot be shaken.

And so how do we begin to learn how to comprehend this language of God and the Angels if it was lost so very long ago?  There is only one way to the full comprehension of this Truth which can become the fulfillment of the two way communication we seek with our Creator.  One must first and foremost, recognize the fact that Jesus is “The way, the truth and the life: No man cometh unto the father but by (him)” (JOB 14:6—KJV).  As every Christian theologian will state, there is but one way to eternal life and that is to accept Jesus as the Savior, the master of one’s life.

But is the simple, logical, learned decision to accept the Master enough, or is there more to it?  There’s much more to it!  The word “Rabonni” in the language of Christ’s day meant honored teacher; one for whom to be patterned after.  To accept Jesus as our master, therefore, means to accept his lifestyle as our own.  There is the true challenge for it means that we learn to make his actions our own; his thoughts become ours if we allow it.

Now this is the reason why it is so important to read the Scriptures and to study continuously:  That the Word of God can be made a living part of God’s creation.  As mentioned before, no individual person has the right to interpret any prophecy out of their own knowledge.   Instead the interpretation of dreams, visions, parables, and prophecies “Belong to God” (GEN 40:8).

Chapter Four:  How Scriptures Interpret Themselves

In trying to understand the prophecies of the Scriptures, many theologians have recognized several places where the prophets have interpreted the prophetic language within their own writings.  For example: many have recognized that John’s book of the Revelation interpreted such words as:  woman=city (REV 1: 20); stars=angels (REV 1:20); candlesticks=churches (REV 1:20); and many others.  They recognize these because the Scriptures openly states that these words, indeed, need interpreted and in fact give the definition of these words where they are most obviously needed.  For example:  “The mystery of the seven stars which thou sawest in my right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks.”  (REV 1:19—KJV)

Note that the word “mystery” introduces the idea of a mysterious method of stating something in a way different from that which would normally be done; here speaking specifically of the “stars” and the “candlesticks.”  Immediately he gives these words definitions:  “The seven stars are the angles of the seven churches:  And the seven candlesticks which thou sawest are the seven churches (REV 1:20—KJV).

The meanings of these words of things which John saw in his vision became clear.  The stars he saw in the Son of Man’s hand were not truly stars except in their spiritual context:  instead they were angles (viz. spirits) which were not being held with seven candlesticks but rather seven churches.  Thus, the seven angels (spirits) of the seven churches to whom was to be written were those churches’ guardians.

As has been mentioned, many such interpretations of the figurative language have been found and used by theologians for centuries; but, unfortunately, it seems to have evaded the minds of these people that they had touched upon the very concept which could reveal the truest meaning behind the prophesies of the Bible.  Because not all of the interpretations are prefixed with an introduction as to there, indeed, being a definition of the prophetic language; and because of the scattering of those interpretations throughout the Scriptures, the fact that the Bible does, indeed, interpret itself seems to have evaded many of even the most astute of theological scholars.  There is not one book of the Bible which is not necessary in the understanding of the prophetic language.  Some prophets were given the definitions of a few words while others were given different definitions of other words.  None, however were given all of the knowledge until Jesus came to Earth.

Chapter Five:  How Jesus Said to Interpret

Wherein, then, lies the authority to interpret Scripture in this way with absolute confidence?  The authority which has already been stated:  That God speaks to men in dreams and visions (GEN 10:6; 1KI3:5; MAT 2:12&22), which is how the prophecies came and if they came not in this way, then those prophecies came from false prophets (JER 14:14; 23:16; MIC 3:6; ZEC 13:4) who persuade people to follow the spirits of false gods (DEU 13:1-5) and whose prophecies fail (DEU: 20-22).  I believes that there is a God in Heaven which reveals secrets in his own way (DAN 2:28) and that only he is authoritative enough to give the interpretations of the prophecies given in the Word of God, the Bible (GEN 40:8; 2 TI 3:16).  The only way to true understanding of these things is a constant, persistent, and in depth study of the Word of God; taking line and placing it on top of another line, and finding a precept and joining it with another precept until all begin to work together as a unified whole (2TI 2:15; ISA 28:10).

As Isaiah stated, “Whom shall we teach knowledge?  And whom shall he make to understand doctrine?  Them that are weaned from the milk and drawn from the breasts” (ISA 28:9 – KJV).  Why is this?  What does it mean?  It means that to be born into God’s kingdom is not sufficient to be able to understand the pure doctrines of God.  It’s obvious that many pastors never get past the point of the awesome wonder of salvation and rebirth in order to go on and step into the marvelous ability of being citizens of the Spiritual Universe which Jesus provided by this brave conquest over death.

Every precept must be built upon another precept which must be eventually based at the cornerstone of Christ.  Every line must be place upon another line from the Holy Scriptures in order that they might be completely understood.  Truth cannot be grasped in one sitting, nor in several sittings of reading the Gospel; instead, it must be gathered “here a little, and there a little” until the whole starts taking shape little by little (ISA 28:16).

As Webster’s Dictionary defines  a parable as “a short, simple story teaching a moral or religious lesson” (WDL).  However, it is the premise of this book that Jesus had something far greater in mind when he taught to the multitudes by means of parables.

1.5.1 “With another Tongue will He speak to this people” (ISA 28:11-KJV), could be not only prophetic as concerning the fact that Jesus spoke Aramaic and not Hebrew, as did his ancestor; but also it could even more refer to the fact that even when the Messiah did speak to those who heard him they did not truly understand him.  The reason for this is not as obscure as it may a first seem because even the Lord’s disciples asked Him, “Why speak you to them in parables” (MAT 13:11-KJV).  To this inquisition Jesus answered them by saying:

“The knowledge of the secrets of the kingdom of heaven has been given to you, but not to them.  Whoever has will be given more, and he will have an abundance.  Whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken from them.  This in why I speak to them in parables:  “Though seeing, they do not see; though hearing, they do not hear or understand.”

In them is fulfilled the prophecy of Isaiah:

“You will be ever hearing but never understanding;

“You will be ever seeing but never perceiving.

“For this people’s heart has become calloused; they hardly hear with their ears, and they have closed their eyes.  Otherwise they might see with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their hearts and turn, and I would heal them.”

But blessed are your eyes because they see and your ears because they hear.  For I tell you the truth, many righteous men long to see what you see but did not see it, and to hear what you hear but did not hear it.  (MAT 13:11-17-NIV)

Here Jesus proclaimed that it was his teaching in parables and not his speaking in a different language than his Hebraic ancestry which fulfilled the prophecy of his identifying speech in “another tongue.”  He proclaims here that for certain people it is given to know (and understand) “the mysteries of the Kingdom of Heaven” (MAT 13:11-KJV).  To who?  To those who understand parables.  But those who do not understand the parables will not partake of the glories of that kingdom.

1.5.2 To understand the parables one must first realize that unless a person is quite familiar with a language proper communication from the speaker cannot be received when hearing that language spoken.  This is true whether one is listening to someone who is speaking in a foreign language or simply to a person at work discussing “shop talk” while on a coffee break.

During the time of writing this section of this book I worked for BMAC in Wichita, KS for 9 months in the 737 Control Surfaces area, Shop 3743, covering ACC’s 4140, 4160, 5150, 4170, 7050, 7250 and 7261.  I worked in the I.E. department as an M.E. and my main area of responsibility was Bar-charting.… Get the picture?  Only by having some exposure to the aircraft industry would one realize that BMAC represents the Boeing Military Aircraft Company.  And only if one is familiar with Boeing’s operations in particular would you realize that I worked on the wing flaps of the 737 domestic model; that I worked in the Industrial Engineering department as a Method’s Engineer with my main responsibility being that of deciphering the scheduler’s plans into charts able to be used by the shop personnel more easily and to try to determine more cost-effective ways of doing the jobs required.

Now the parables are no different except that where the groupings of letters and numbers had little if any meaning to the common reader, the parables were told in such a way that they had a meaning to both the one who had an understanding of the prophetic language used within them as well as to those who did not.  However, both in industry’s trade talk of today and the prophetic language which Jesus used to describe the Kingdom of Heaven, it is only those who know and understand the “inside” or true meanings of the words used who really understand what is being said.

1.5.3 What is given or taken away (MAT3:12) has, it seems, remained to most a mystery in itself.  But if you are astute you will realize that what is given to those who have it already is knowledge.  The knowledge of the “mysteries” to be exact.

If you are truly concerned about things eternal then you need simply to consistently study the Bible on a regular basis to eventually begin to make sense what all of the various authors, under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, are trying to say.

The “shop talk” of the Scriptures is the prophetic language.  Jesus was saying here that those who had a little knowledge of this language through their knowledge of the laws and the prophets would be given much because of this knowledge.  However, those who had not understood nor yet studies the laws and the prophets could not in any sense understand the deeper “mysteries” that the parables revealed concerning the Kingdom of heaven.

Chapter Six:  Understanding Parables

A parable is much more than “a short, simple story teaching a social or religious lesson” as stated by Webster’s Dictionary (WDL).  The Greek word,  (paraboli = parabolic) “means a placing beside,” said Alexander Cruden in his Cruden’s Complete Concordance to the Old and New Testaments.  “It is therefore the placing of one subject by another as an illustration.  Especially it is used for the illustration of spiritual things by familiar earthly objects or incidents?” (CCB)

1.6.1 To learn their use of numbers, abbreviations, and acronyms at Boeing, I had to spend a great deal of time with my coworkers there, as I have mentioned before.  I was totally unfamiliar with the aircraft industry when I first began, so it was quite impossible for me to have begun the job without a period of learning the trade language.

The same is true in God’s Kingdom.  Too often we see those who have been newly “borne”into the Kingdom of God go out and begin proclaiming the Holy Gospel before they, themselves, have adequately understood the language in which the Scriptures are written.  Please understand that I am not an advocate of the “professional ministry.”  People do not have to get alphabet soup after their names by collecting various, unlimited, degrees before preaching the Word of God.  However, it is necessary that a person be adequately prepared by the guidance of the Holy Spirit and through perseverance in study that the truths of the Scriptures can be opened fully.

In order to understand the parables, prophecy, or any other part of the Scriptures, a person must first spend time in those Scriptures in order to learn its language.  The language of God is a very picturesque language which, when understood, adequately describes the more sought after answers which mankind has been asking but which seems ever to be evasive.

1.6.2 An example of how to interpret a parabolic story was given by Jesus, himself, when, as mentioned earlier, he explained the parable of the sower:

Behold a shower went forth to sow; and when he sowed, some seeds fell by the way side, and the fowls came and devoured them up:  Some fell upon stony places where they had not much earth: And forthwith they sprung up, because they had no deepness of earth:  And when the sun was up, they were scorched; And because they had no root, they withered away.

And some fell among thorns: The thorns sprung up, and choked them: But others fell into the good ground, and brought forth fruit, some an hundredfold, some sixtyfold, some thirtyfold.

Who have ears to hear let him hear.”  (MAT 13:3-9-KJV)

When one hears the word of the kingdom, and understands it not, then comes the wicked one, and catches away that which was sown in his heart.  This is he which received seed by the way side.

But he that received the seed into stony, place, the same is he that hears the word, and anon with joy receives it; Yet has he not root in himself, but endures for awhile: For when tribulation or persecution arises because of the word, by and by he is offended.

He also that received seen among the thorns is he that hears the word, and the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becomes unfruitful.

But he that receives the seed into the good ground is he that hears the word, and understands it; Which also bears fruit, and brings forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.”   (MAT 13:19-23 KJV)

Figure 1.6.4

PROPHECY DEFINITIONS

FOUND IN THE

PARABLE OF THE SOWER

(Click on figure number above to see this chart on espirational.org.)

1.6.3 Many prophetic definitions are found within these few sentences.  A prophetic definitions is a word or words which, when it is replaced for the word or words which, when it is replaced for the word used in either the prophecy or parable, is just as understandable in its sentence of the story and opens up the parallel meaning of that story.  In the chart (Figure 1.6.4) one sees Jesus saying that certain definitions are undeniably true.

1.6.4 Many prophetic definitions have been recognized by both law people and pastors alike.  Some are easily distinguishable because Jesus has defined them for us.  However, the word “fruit” has generally been misinterpreted as being “converts” to the sower’s particular beliefs, when in fact it is the righteousness within a believer’s life which Paul says best defines the prophetic word (PHL 1:11).

After replacing these words as they appear in the parable with the prophetic definitions, we finds the parable reads as follows:

“Behold a Son of Man went forth to speak; and when he (spoke) speaked some words fell by the one without understanding, and the wicked ones came and (caught them away) catching awayed them up:  Some fell upon tribulations where they had not much foundation where they had not much foundation: and forthwith they with joy received it, because they had no (maturity) root in self of foundation: And when the persecution, because of the Word, was up they were (offended) offence and because they had no (maturity) root in self they (were) offended.”

“And some fell among cares of the world and deceitfulness of riches: and the cares of the world and deceitfulness of riches with joy received it, and choked them:  But others fell into understanding, and brought forth righteousness, some an hundredfold, some sixtyfold, some thirtyfold.  Who have ears to hear, let him hear.”   (MAT 13:3-9 –LAV: showing interpolation process)

Now compare the interpreted, revealed version with the way the Lord interpreted the same parable:

“Hear ye therefore the parable of the sower.  When any one heareth the word of the Kingdom and understandeth it not, then cometh the wicked one, and catcheth away that which was own in his heart.  This is he which received seed by the way side.

But he that received the seed into stony places the same is he that heareth the word, and anon with joy receiveth it; yet had he not root in himself, but bureth for a while; For when tribulation or persecution ariseth because of the word, by and by he is offended.

He also that received seen among the thorns is he that heareth the word; and the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becometh unfruitful.

But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; which also beareth fruit and bringeth forth some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.”

(MAT 3:18-23— KJV)

How true!  With this understanding we could preach whole sermons or write lengthy books, with the epitome being that if a person hears the Truth and understands it will bring forth in that life righteousness:  some 100%, others 60%, in some only 30%.  The writing of those books is left to those who have become aware of this truth.

1.6.5 A warning against false prophets was given by Jesus when he said, “Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing but inwardly they are ravening wolves” (MAT 7:15).  Here is a more subtle way that the Lord gave a prophetic definition.  Within the body of some parables parabolic words which need to be defined and are explained within the parables themselves.  Thus, “wolf” (or to be more specific a “ravening wolf” in “sheep’s clothing” is defined as a “false prophet.”

This is the most prominent way in which a prophetic definition is found in the Scriptures and also, sometimes, the most evasive.  These definitions are not to be confused with other statements of fact which are not intended to influence prophetic meanings; however, once a definition is found, it can be relied on as the final meaning of that parabolic word.  Only in very few cases do parabolic words have more than one prophetic definition; and then the meanings always directly relate.  In such cases the usage of the word, even as in the English language, determines its meaning.

Thus, the parable of warnings against false prophets could read like this.

“Beware of false prophets, which come to you in believer’s [sheep’s] righteousness [clothes], but inwardly are false prophets [wolves].  You shall know them by their righteousness [fruits].

“Do God’s image(s) [men] gather believers [grapes] of the cares of this world and the deceitfulness of riches [thorns] or Israelites [figs] of [thistles]?

“Even so, every good man [tree] bringeth forth good righteousness [fruit], but a corrupt man [tree] bringeth forth corrupt righteousness [fruit.].

“Every man [tree] that bringeth not forth good righteousness [fruit] is hewn down and cast to the ministers [fire].  Wherefore, by their righteousness [fruits] ye shall know them.”

{MAT 7:15-20 —LAV; showing interpolation process)

And what shall the ministers do with them?  What does a fire do to wood?  By simply being in contact with the ministers, who are truly righteous, those who are not righteous in Truth are destroyed along with their assumed righteousness.

Chapter Seven:  Finding Prophetic Interpretations

The finding of the interpretations of the prophetic language is not something one sits down to do simply to prove a point or to have something to do.  Many thousands of hours have gone into this research checking, writing and rewriting this material readers now have at their fingertips.  Such research would have been impossible if the researchers had not loved the Lord, Jesus and his father, God, in Heaven; and had they not been guided by the all-knowing Holy Spirit.  The inspiration which is provided to know the Truth in all things whatever the Spirit says has been the driving force to cause the researchers to be able to sit down over the Scriptures for countless hours trying to determine the definition of just one word.  In order for several people to be able to work on such a project there had to be a set of rules by which everyone agreed that the prophetic-parabolic words were being defined.

1.7.1 Definitions, analogies and proximitiesare the basic ways that the figurative words of the Scriptures are interpreted.  When interpreting the prophetic language, a Strong’s Complete Concordance (SCC) is invaluable.  With this one tool any word which is obviously figurative can be found and, except for very few words which have been used seldom in the Bible, interpreted by going down the list of Scriptures found under that word.  For instance, the word “harlot” (harlots, harlot’s, harlots’) according to the Strong’s Concordance is found in the Authorized King James Version of the Bible fifty times (SCC).  Obviously, by quickly looking down over the list of verses one may well wonder how definitions could be determined from the limited information provided there.  That is where the Holy Spirit and continuous and dedicated study enter.

Since the word is a noun, it must be defined by a noun.  Since representing someone of the feminine gender in the physical world, its interpretation must also represent something of the feminine gender in the spiritual world; which can be seen in the Prophets’ Dictionary to be either a city or a church.  In other words, the word used to define the figurative word in question must be of the same form as the original, literal, word so as whet it is plugged into any passage where the word is used figuratively, whether it be a dream, a vision, a parable, or a prophecy, it can be read sensibly as though it were the original word with, it should be added, a somewhat unexpected degree of logical sentence sequence; though it may take several of these words being defined before the sensibility of the interpreted phrases begins to appear.

Thus the answer concerning whom the prophets referred to when they wrote the word “harlot” is given in Nahum 3:4 where it says that, “because of the multitude of the whoredoms of the well favored harlot, the mistress of witchcrafts…”  Notice that here the definitions is not precluded by anything which says that a prophetic word is going to be interpreted; nor does it even state the definitions as one word being another as does The Revelation (17:18), “The woman…IS that great city…”  Instead it is defined by direct analogy as would be done in a poem where the proximity of the words (that is, for English majors, the subject-compliment parallel) create an understanding of both words meaning the same thing.  Thus, the word “harlot” means “mistress of witchcraft.”

1.7.2 Parallelisms are usedin definitions when a parallel of various prophecies can be found.  For instance, when Daniel interpreted Nebuchadnezzar’s dream, he told the monarch that he, who represented Babylon, was the head of gold which the king had seen on the statue in his dream.  This gives the historical interpretation of the word “gold” (which spiritually means “pure” or “precious”) which evidently what Nebuchadnezzar was to God for why else would he have been “given” so much power (Wee: DAN 2:37);but the other metals of silver, brass, iron, and an iron/clay mixture are not directly interpreted.

To find these meanings one must go on to the next prophecy mentioned in Daniel’s book where a lion, a bear, a leopard, and a “beast, dreadful, and terrible, and strong, exceedingly,” which Daniel could not describe appears.  But there we find no definitions by the parallelisms which the first prophecy is important to notice (DAN 7: 1-7; See Fig. 1:7.2a).

Figure 1.7.2a

Comparison of Nebuchadnezzar’s Dream and Daniel’s First Record Vision

(Click on figure number above to see this chart on espirational.org.)

According to the Thompson’s Chain Reference Bible (CRB), the vision of Daniel was received some 48 years after the king’s dream but still there is no further indication as to what these symbols mean.  But two years later, Gabriel came to explain the next vision Daniel had (DAN 8), telling him that the “Ram which thou sawest having two horns are the kings of Media and Persia.”  Now the parallelisms begin to be more complete and understandable.

Figure 1.7.2b

Comparison of Nebuchadnezzar’s Dream and Daniel’s Two Visions of Animals

(Click on figure number above to see this chart on espirational.org.)

History shows that events predicted in these prophecies did, indeed, come to pass even to the fact of Alexander the Great having swept over the entire Eurasian Continent at such a speed that it seemed that he “touched not the ground” (DAN 8:5—KJV).  When Alexander was about to die he told four of his generals he would give his nation to the strongest among them and, after many years Rome became the leading world power fulfilling the prophecies of forcing its way “toward the South, and toward the East and toward the pleasant land” (DAN 8:9– KJV) of Israel and Mesopotamia.  Rome carried on its power through the Papal authority well over a millennium until its basic power was broken by internal strife mandated by the rebellious acts of Martin Luther.  However, the unorganized remains of this world power remains today and shall until such time when as the stone, shaped without hands, shall be flung from Heaven which represents “the saints (believers) of the most high (which) shall take the Kingdom forever” (DAN 7:18—KJV).

And so, the parallelisms are completed as shown in Figure 1.7.2c.

1.7.3 Numbers also carry specific definitions, which can be seen even in daily life, as well as words.  Although this fact it realized by most occult groups, the fact is that the definitions which many assign to these numbers are quite different from those which have been assigned to them by God’s Word in the Holy Bible.  Ed F. Vallowe, in this book Keys to Scripture Numericsgoes into much detail as to how the basis of these numbers’ definitions are derived, his book is highly recommended to anyone wishing to study the subject in more depth than it is presented here (KSN).

However, one number will be discussed here, since it appears to be of considerable importance in The Revelation.  That number is six-hundred and sixty-six. There have been scores of meanings given this number; however it all comes back to the same idea: “The number of the beast” (REV 13:18—LJV).  But what does this number represent spiritually other than the mark of a nation?  It represents gold, money, or materialism as can be show by the Bible’s book entitled I Kings (10:14) where King Solomon gathered 666 talents of gold in one year toward the building of the temple.  Thus the mark of the beast, 666, will be a nationalistic, economic, monetary mark of a governmental system of a nation on Earth.

Other numbers appear such as seven, four, etc., but their importance is not as important to modern mankind, nor as controversial, as is the number six.  Many personalities have been shown to carry the number 666 in their names from it appearing on the Pope’s cap to Henry Kissinger, the 1970’s “peace warrior”.  But the most prevalent point right now is the fact that there has developed a computerized economic monetary system which is being supported by the governments of the world which is appearing all over the world according to Dr. Mary Steward Relfe, Ph.D., who quoted Dr. Ray Braubakers’s book Is the Antichrist Here Now,where an experiment was conducted (viz. before 1982) of a hand scan machine in Cincinnati, Ohio.  Dr. Relfe’s book, The New Money System—666(NMS) included a picture of a woman placing her hand into one of these scanners which supposedly have been invented to read a numeric economic mark which will eventually be used by the world’s banking system/s to enable people and organizations to make interbank transfers without the need for cash, checks or other forms of contemporary means of exchange used by the world.  It is only a matter of time before this world’s governments determine that the best way to conduct business and to control the populace of the world will be via similar machines.  An exact fulfillment of prophecy.  However, that type of discussion will be withheld until later in this book (See:4.13.3).

1.7.4 Finally the interpretations of dates are very important in the understanding of the prophecies.  The word “day” is interpreted in Ezekiel (4:6) as a year: “I have appointed unto thee each day for a year” the Lord explained to the prophet.  In numbers he said, “After the number of the days which you searched the land, even forty days, each day for a year, shall you bear your iniquities, even forty years…” (NUM 14:34).  Certainly Peter said in his second epistle that a “day is as a thousand years”, but the context there is more historic than prophetic and shows more how time to the Creator is irrelevant rather than how it relates to man’s interpretation of prophecy.

Since this is the foundation of the Universal calendar, the other units of time of an hour, a week, a month and a year can be calculated from it provided it is remembered that the old Gregorian calendar was in use at that time and not the Julian one in use today.  Therefore each month was determined, at that time, to have only 30 days in it and each year had a total of three hundred and sixty days.  Thus the time table would look like the chart shown in Figure 1.7.4.

Figure 1.7.4

Comparison of God’s and Man’s Timetables

GOD’s TIMEMAN’s TIME
1 SECOND6 MINUTES
1 MINUTE6 HOURS
1 HOUR15 DAYS
1 WEEK7 YEARS
1 MONTH30 YEARS
1 YEAR360 YEARS
1 DECADE3,600 YEARS
1 CENTURY36,000 YEARS
1 MILLINEUM360,000 YEARS

Of course not all of these figures are used in Scripture, but they are interesting.

1.7.5 Other research conducted by many people who have studied theories about numerics and theomatics which can be obtained in most any Christina book store along with individual studies of parts of the prophetic language; the Seventh Day Adventist’s studies being the most complete of the denomination studies in the author’s opinion.* However, the best way to get more information is to start doing the research for oneself.

*See Bibliographic entries:  KSN; NUS; TED; TGL; UDF; and UTR for further references and research on the conversion of numbers and the prophetic time-table into a literal understanding.

Chapter Eight:  How Were the Meanings Lost?

How were the definitions to the prophetic language lost?  Perhaps the better question is, “Were these interpretations ever known by mankind?”  Although the Hebrew have been known as God’s “chosen” people and even though the Christian scriptures have been received through these people, even their prophets had to admit that they did not understand what many of the prophecies meant. Even Danial, one of the most quoted apocalyptic prophets, after he receive the vision of the two-horned ram and the shaggy goat said, “I, Daniel, was exhausted and lay ill for several days.  Then I got up and went about the King’s business.  I was appalled by the visions; it was beyond understanding.” (DAN 8: 27 – NIV).

Yet, Paul spoke of having the “gift of prophecy” and being able to “fathom all mysteries” (1 CO 13:2 – KJY).  But he goes on to explain that “we know (only) in part and we prophecy (only) in part” (1 CO 13:9 –NIV), once again showing that he realized that he did not fully comprehend the things which were being said in the prophecies.

However, in the last chapter of the book of The Revelation, an angle told John, “Do not seal up the words of the prophecy of this book, because the time is near” (REV 22:10—KJV).  This is in contrast to Daniel when he said, “My Lord, what will the outcome of all this be?” and the angel of the Lord said, “Go your way, Daniel, because the words are closed up and sealed until the time of the end.  Many will be purified, made spotless and refined, but the wicked will continue to be wicked.  None of the wicked will understand, but those who are wise will understand” — (DAN 12:8-N10)IV).

Notice here what it was that the angel said were or were not to be sealed: Not the books of the prophecies which had been written, for they had been written and given for all to see.  Not even the prophecies themselves, though this was the net result of the sealing which did take place.  Rather, the sealing which Daniel had to place upon his prophecies but which John did not were upon the individual words.

It has been the words of the prophets which have made them be so mysterious and controversial throughout the ages.  It has been the words of these visions which have set this book apart from all other of the world’s spiritual works.  And yet, it is the words of the prophecy of The Revelation of Jesus Christ to Saint John the Divine which carries the warning that if anyone “hears the WORDS of the prophecy of this book; (and) if anyone adds anything to them, God will add to him the plagues (catastrophes) described in this book.  And if anyone takes WORDS away from this book of prophecy, God will take away his share in the tree of life (wisdom) and in the holy city (peace—New Jerusalem) which are described in this book” (REV 22:18-19—NIV).

Why are the individual words emphasized as being so important in this warning?  It is not because every word written, in not only prophecy but all of the Scriptures, has a very significant role to play in the final comprehension of the Truth which is to be eventually revealed to mankind?

John the Baptist testified, “This is he of whom I said, ‘He who comes after me has surpassed me because he was before me’” (HON 1:15—NIV).  John the Baptist denied being the Christ (JON 1:20) because he knew that there was one greater than he who had become the Word made Flesh as the Apostle John the beloved called Jesus (JON 1:14—KJV).  John never made any claims to any authority other than the fact that he saw the Holy Spirit light upon Jesus in the form of a dove and remain upon him, which in John’s mind was enough to prove that Jesus was, indeed, the Son of God (JON 1:33-34).

Later John stated that the fullness of the Truth could never be known as long as people continued to look upon him for guidance.  He was but a friend of the bridegroom, the Christ, and spoke as one from the Earth as did all other previous prophets.  However, the one of whom he testifies was from Heaven.  “He (Jesus) testifies to what he has seen and heard, but no one accepts his testimony.  For the one whom God has sent speaks the WORDS of God; to him God gives the Spirit without limit” (JON 3:32-34—NIV).  Until the time of the beheading of John it seemed that the understanding of the Truth of the prophecies just could not be derived. Due to doubts formed by Jewish tradition John was pleading to his Lord in a form of saying; please tell me, am I interpreting these things right?  Are you really the one?  Or should I look for another?

But after the head of John was cut off and he was removed, attentions could then be focused upon the one who did have the answers.  It was as though, finally, the head of the confused Earthly ways of looking at the words of God had been removed, placed upon a platter and served to the Jews Earthly king’s wife.  It was John’s statement of the Hebraic law which caused him to be beheaded cutting him off from the world even as it was their law which caused Jesus to be crucifies, which was their nations’ being cut off from the Kingdom of Heaven; at least until they see their follies and accept the one they once rejected.

1.8.1 THE WORD! THE WORD!  That is what this is all about.  That is what has made it possible to see lives changed through an understanding of the Christian gospel throughout the ages.  It is not glorious sermons, complicated doctrines, or more immaculate cathedrals – it is the Word!  Nothing more, nothing less.

The Apostle John the Beloved stated it as “In the beginning was the WORD and the WORD was with God, and WORD was God” (JON1:1—NIV).  And Jesus said, “Man does not live on bread alone, but on every WORD that comes from the mouth of God” (MAT 4:4—NIV).

It is the Word which has been voiced in such a way that every syllable electrified the very essence of Spirit from which man obtains his life.  The word which, though to this time has not been able to be openly understood, has changed the lives of uncountable thousands.  The Word!  The Word which has seen a fulfillment through the history of mankind, even though he in no way has planned it to be so.

When were the meanings of these words lost?  Why, they were lost when mankind decided not to trust the Word.  They were lost when the Word come to them and said do not take of the knowledge of good and evil for on that day you shall surely die (DAN 2:3; 3:10).  They were lost, because they are Spiritual while yet mankind has fallen into a carnal state.

But they have been found through the Spirit of Christ who will open minds so as they can understand the Scriptures (LUK 24:45).  Paul told the Hebrews how a day was arriving when the promised covenant would be fulfilled when “no longer will a man teach his neighbor, or a man his brother saying ‘know the Lord’, because all will know me (him)” (HEB 8:11—NIV).  Needless to say, that time has not yet come where all know the Lord.  But that day is fast approaching.  Now the seals on the words have been broken, unlocked by the keys of David which were given to the Lord Jesus who has opened the door for everyone (REV 3:7-8) who will but just believe (JON 3:16).

The Prophets’ Dictionary Introduction

The following pages contain a glossary of the figurative terms found in various versions of the Holy Bible along with their literal interpretations as found in the Christianscriptures.  Usually the scripture verses adequately define themselves so as no commentary is required.  In some cases, especially with prime words, the author has added his own comments in order to attempt to make the term as understandable as possible.  The basic principle that, if the word’s literal definition cannot be found in the canonized Bible then it must be considered a prime word, must be remembered when using this dictionary.  If a word cannot be found in this glossary the, as least until someone does find that word’s literal definition, researcher must accept the English dictionary definition for that tem; as unacceptable as that may be.  This dictionary is meant to be used as a study tool.  It is hoped that you will look up the terms presented in your Bible so you can begin to know the full meaning of the words Scriptures contain.

Dictionary Code

The directory below was developed to help readers quickly decipher the definitions used in the Prophets’ Dictionary which follows.  It is suggested that a few moments be taken to become familiar with these codes so as the greatest benefit can be obtained from the information given in the next few pages.  The code was developed to help abbreviate the mass of information which has been accumulated by the author and his students during over twenty years of research without burdening the reader with rereading the same information over and over.  Thus, just as Scripture locations are commonly listed as GEN 1:2, which means The Book in the Bible entitled Genesis, chapter one, verse two; as also do these codes eliminate many otherwise redundant words without losing the meaning.

(In the 2016 edition of this book this code was revised due to the advent of advanced computer technologies, making it possible to have better typesetting capabilities. If you have used a previous edition of this work and are now using this electronic edition you will want to take a few minutes to see the changes in this dictionary code to know how to best do research with the knowledge presented here. Some of the changes are significant. Also, for quick reference we have added a quick word search list at the back of this book, in an appendex, which lists only the figurative, scriptural word and its alliterative definition. This has been added for quick reference, but once you find the interpolation of the word you question if you want to know the scripture supporting the “translation” or other information, click on the literal word and it will automatically take you to the standardized dictionary entry.)

a(Scripture) = this scripture shows the antonym a(opposite) meaning of the word being defined.

ACE – Acronyms show resource information; see Bibliography for complete list (viz.: KJV).  Generally, Bible books are shown by the first three letters in that book’s title (i.e.: GEN = Genesis; 1PE=First Peter), however since there are repetitions to the use of letters some creativity had to be used in this rule. A complete list of the Holy Bible book titles’ acronyms can be found listed with the Reference Bibliography called, Bible Book Titles, Assigned Reference Acronyms at the end of this book. These acronyms can also be used in other parts of the book to make reference to general resource citings like research tools and evidence/comments. These acronyms were developed to assist the researcher in the technological age to be able to make quick reference to information resources without the burden of footnotes and standard bibliographies. The source reference can be found by searching for  that acronym in the Reference Bibliography.

A double line is used to separate words to be defined.

===Prime Word===   This asterisk, used mainly in text printing, shows the use of a prime-word which is recognized as seeming to need interpreting but which is actually self-defining.  It is placed by prime-words to let the reader know that the possibility of a word needing interpreted was noted.

Bold typed words = literal words and/or phrases as defined by this dictionary.

[brackets] + Scriptures fall between these brackets unless a short quote landing inside a commentary in which regular quotation marks are used.  Note: type style of print indicates the version of Scripture being quoted.

c(Scripture word) = this Scripture denotes one of the c(I am’s) of Christ.

cword = this is a word of clife which Jesus identifies himself as being.

(cS.S.) or (cX.X.X.) + gives credit to the contributor of a definition by that person’s initials unless that person’s work has been published wherein such work is cited as is normally done throughout this text.

d(Scripture word) =  This Scripture gives a direct defintion; (i.s.: d[this IS that])

  • Scripture  plus  double dash shows reference location of Scripture/s supporting statements made in text of material.

+Doctrinal Word+   The word being defined is a basic Christian doctrinal word and not found in Scriptures.

i(Scripture word) = this Scripture shows an indirect definition. 1[“This”, along with several other words which may or may not have relevance to the definition of “this” means something similar to it, and the word that may not be used at all but in a logical way the word that can be deduced.]

Numbers: 1. Bold word

2.    second word = used when there is more than one definition.

p(Scripture word) = this Scripture has a parallelism definition, showing two closely related terms in a comparison relationship.

See: (Scripture)   This indicates other words which one may want to look up in the Prophets’ Dictionary which can help better explain the word originally looked up.

Word/distinguishing = this slash, usually not underlined, indicates that they word following the slash refines the meaning of the word in front of the slash.  Thus the word here is not just any word but a “distinguishing word”, or a word which can be set apart as being different or more precise than if the word stood alone.

Regency type = author’s commentary.

SCRIPT type = quotations for the New International Version of the Bible (used by permission).

“quotation” = quotation marks are used normally within NIV quotes or within the author’s commentary.

(viz.: Word = another word = third word) = several interlinking synonymous words within a definite relationship.

Underlined Type are quotations from the King James (Authorized) Version of the Scriptures used in determining the prophetic definitions; however scriptual quotes are not all underlined to prevent typesetting overload.

antichrist:

=DOCTRINAL WORD=

(Note: Christian doctrinal word not found in Scriptures in other than its general sense indicating a personage who in the “end time” will establish himself as the Judaic Messiah and who will be accepted worldwide as an international leader.  There is much confusion concerning this term in as much as not everyone agrees that this person must be of Jewish descent, or even that the Jews will have anything to do with him other than being the instruments of God to eradicate him and his followers from the Earth.  Others believe that the whole Jewish nation, since they do not believe in Jesus as their Messiah, is figuratively this Antichirst.  This term has been attached to numerous famous public figures including the seat of the Bishops of Rome—the “papacy” as well as some of the Popes themselves, Martin Luther, Adolf Hitler, the Rockefeller family, Vladimir Lenin and others; however, though it cannot be said that the verdict is in on all of these families or groups, the evidence tends to refute the idea of anyone yet having ever accurately pinned the label of “Antichrist” on anyone.  The basis of this word comes from both the general word “antichrist”, which means “deceiver” as defined by the Apostle John, and Second Thessalonians where the Apostle Paul warns the Thessalonians to [Let no man deceive you by any means: For that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.] -2TH 2:3-5

This person who is presumed to be a world leader due to well established doctrine backed up by numerous Scriptures – REV 13:11-18; 2TH 2:4; 1JO 2:18- becomes accepted not only as the world “emperor”, but will by necessity of prophecy, be a Jew who will fulfill their ideal of a longed awaited Messiah.  This final great delusion leads mankind toward a great epoch where the only way for any of the believers of the true Messiah to survive will be by an invasion of the Earth by the forces of Heaven lead by Jesus Christ himself. – REV 19:9-21); (see:ISA 65:8-9; ZED 14:1-4; MAT 24:21-31); (see also: Christ; Messiah; Jew).

daughter:

*** Ά & Ω ***

city/descendant;

Since a daughter literally is a female descendent of a man and woman; then spiritually, since a woman is a city and a man can be said to be representative of a nation, then a daughter can be said to be representative of a city which was built by the united efforts of both a nation and a city. Thus we find in Scripture phrases like: “daughter of Zion”; “daughter of Babylon”; “daughter of the Chaldeans”, etc.  (See also: daughter of (city name), man, woman.

day: 1. year

  1. one thousand years

(historical reference) thousand years. d[…One day IS with the Lord AS a thousand years, and a thousand years AS a day.]—2PE 3:8; (Note: This reference is often disputed as meaning a literal millennium because of the fact that it is shown to be a two way definition; that is, not only does 1 day = 1000 years, but also 1000 years = 1 day.  Thus many commentators say that this verse shows the irrelevancy of time to God.  Though this statement is true –see point three in this entry-the fact is hard to deny that a figurative day equals 1000 years literally when we look at historical prophecy.  Viz.: Hosea prophecied. {Come, and let us return unto the Lord: for he hath torn, and he will heal us; he hath smitten, and he will bind us up.  After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight.]- HOS 6:1-

2. This correlates precisely with the period of two-thousand years of time where the Jews have been “torn” away from the Truth, that being that Jesus IS the Christ, which is now drawing to a close.  Though we still see multitudes of Jews who are opposed to the acceptance of Jesus as their Messiah, groups like the “Jews for Jesus”, and others whose mission is specifically to the Jews are reaching and converting more of “God’s chosen people” to Christ than ever in history since the early Church.  This does not discount the fact that the Antichrist will come from the Jewish people; but only shows that there is definitely a standard being established by the Spirit of the Lord against this false Messiah that Satan is establishing—ISA 59:19); (see also: Antichrist; Messiah).

3.    eternity

I[For a thousand years in thy sight are but as yesterday when it is past, and as a watch in the night.}- PSA 90:4; (Note: This verse taken along with 2PE 3:8 is taken to indicate that time to God is eternal and irrelevant.  Though this may be true, it is important to understand that this particular verse puts the events of a thousand years being as a short time in the past and does not mention the future.  Thus it could be said that when speaking of the past in the sight of God time is but a fleeting thin; but when speaking of the future, or recorded time for the benefit of man it takes on both historical and/or prophetic significance.)

A “living dog” or literally “living wicked person” is more useful than a dead “lion” or Jew, or believer, to God; the reason is that for the ones yet alive there is yet still hope, but for the dead there is no hope –ECC 9:4; (see also grave; life; resurrection; sleep; soul).

dead/spiritually:

==PRIME WORD==

(Note: The initial cutting off of the Spirit from the body causing the body to begin to age, decay and eventually be destroyed in death – GEN 2:17, described well by David when once he was ill and feared he was dying for some unknown sin: {O Lord, rebuke me not in thine anger, neither chasten me in thy hot displeasure.  Have mercy upon me, O Lord; for I am weak: O Lord, heal me; for my bones are vexed.  My soul is also sore vexed: but thou, O Lord, how long?  Return, O Lord, deliver my soul: Oh save me for they mercies sake.  For in death there is no remembrance of Thee:  In the grave who shall give Thee thanks?  I am weary with my groaning; all the night I make my bed to swim; I water my couch with my tears.  Mine eye is consumed because of grief; it waxeth old because of all mine enemies…] – PSA 6: 1-8.  The face that mankind’s separation from God due to his sin does not cause immediate death, but instead causes a slow process of deterioration which leads to death, indicates that there is a “residue” of spirit, called the “spirit of man” by some theologians – ROM 8:16, which sustains a person until it becomes too weak to operate the bodily functions.  Thus we see mankind age steadily decreasing throughout the first three millennia after Adam and Eve left the Garden of Eden.  However, true to the warning God gave them, since they chose not to trust God neither they nor their descendents have lived to be more than one prophetic day old, that is over one-thousand years old literally, while still on this planet – GEN:2:17.  If a body is separated from the source of Spirit due to sin, and thus is unable to be regenerated, it is commonly called “spiritually dead”.; (see also: day; death; grave; sin).

2.    Egypt;

(Note: This word could also be interpreted as nation sice it describes a “beast”; in fact it is the last beast in Daniel’s prophecy of the four beasts (DAN 7).  However, the Scriptures here specifically interpret the word “dragon” as being Satan (REV 12:9; 20:2).  Thus the last nation in Daniel’s series of nations is Satan; that is, Satan is the name Scripture gives to this nation.  Prophetically it shows a nation of great population-watery-and of massive land size- monstrous.   Definition shows that the word “dragon” also means Egypt: viz.: r[…Pharoh King of Egypt, the great dragon that lies in the midst of his rivers….]—EZE 29:3.  Though this does not seem to fit well into Bible prophecy, one must remember that during the time that Christ was on Earth, Egypt was ruled by Rome. Even the shape of the land mass of the Roman Empire strangely resembles that of a dragon attempting to swallow its own tail.  Most certainly one can see the symbolism of the serpentine trail of the Nile river in Egypt.  However, since the word “Egypt” does not fit the prerequisite of “making sense in all instances where the defined word is interpolated”, because Egypt was not, when The Revelation was written, and has not since been a world power for the interpretation of Scripture but rather it has been subjugated to other greater powers viz.: Rome.  The word “Rome” cannot be used because there is no reference given to it as actually being the dragon in canonized Scripture.  Thus the spiritualized word “Satan” must maintain preference when interpolating the prophetic language.  However, when attempting to correlate prophecy with history it is important to keep these facts in mind.); (viz.: DRAGON=SATAN=ROME or EGYPT); (see also: beast; Satan).

i[…when I brought it down to the grave with those who go down to the pit.] – EZE 31:16—NIV; (Note: The word translated into the word “hell” in the KJV is usually translated “grave” in the NIV, in the Old Testament.  The reason for this is that is what the Hebrew word “sheol” literally means in English as can be shown by the definition shown in Strong’s Concordance—hcd 7585, “grave, hell, pit”.  The same is true for the Greek word “Hades”—which means literally, “grave, hell” according to Strong’s gdt 86. She:ol can be best understood when seen in the Psalms where, in verse 6:5 David says: “For in death there is no remembrance of thee: in the grave who shall give thee thanks?”; “…let them be silent in the grave.”—31:17; and Heman the Ezrahite said, “Wilt thou shew wonders to the dead? Shall the dead arise and praise thee? Selah.  Shall they lovingkindness be declared in the grave or thy faithfulness in destruction?  Shall they wonders be known in the dark? and thy righteousness in the land of forgetfulness?”—88:10-12.  The word used here interpreted by the translators of the KJV is the same word, sheol, hell, grave, when used in this way means simply the state of the dead without their source of Spirit.  No other term was interpreted to mean hell from the Old Testament Hebrew; however the New Testament Greek shows two more words besides Hades which too was interpreted as the grave.  One of these was “geenna”—which Strong’s defines as being the “valley of (the son of) Hinnom; gehenna (or Ge-Hinnom), a valley of Jerus, used (fig.) as a name for the place (or state) of everlasting punishment :-hell.”—gdt 1067. Being used only eleven times in the New Testament this word shows the place of eternal torment which most Christians today consider to be the place of eternal punishment where one goes after physical death; however Jesus seems to have said something quite different when he said to “fear not them which kill the body” and place it in the grave “but are not able to kill the soul; but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell (geenna).”—MAT 10:28; LUK 12:5.  Here is the fire of eternal destruction thought by so many to be the fate of the wicked immediately after death; but the Apostle James said that this hell was not to be found in the grave but rather “the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defileth the whole body, and setteth on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell (geenna).”—JAM 3:6.  It will be what people say and do which will determine if they will enter this eternal punishment which will be judged after the person’s death—HEB 9:27, and even this is not to be where the one punished is conscious through-out eternity as many teach; instead it is a punishment unto eternal destruction—PHL 3:19; 2TH 1:9, never to live—JOH 3:36.  Finally the Apostle Peter used the Greek word “tartaroo” which Strong’s defines as being “to incarcerate in eternal torment: cast down to hell”-gdt 5020; which he mentions to be done with the fallen angels—PET 2:4, and which is implied to be done in the future with Satan—REV 20:2.  The word used here must therefore be determined by the original Greek word used.  In The Revelation it is always in reference to the grave.); (See:  Lesson 12.23.3 “Is Hell Eternal?); (See also: death; life; second death).

However, poet’s use of the words are far different than those same words when they are found in Scripture; but by reading a poem one can understand that the main topic of a poem is not so much “Sunshine and Rain” as it is “pleasure and pain”, a poet simple uses these other things to describe emotional sensations.  The parallelisms define a poet’s use of these words even as has been described in this book as having been done throughout the Holy Bible.  The same is true of songs.  However the songs which were to be sung by the musicians which David had appointed were all written in the Prophetic Language which knowledge or key to understanding evidently David had.)

resurrection:

===PRIME WORD===

(Note: The reuniting of the spirit of man with a physical body; however, this time instead of the physical body seemingly taking the prime importance in the person’s being, it is the spiritual part of the being which is most influential and thus is in the rulership position in the person’s life. -1CO 15:42-43.  However, the people who do not know Christ at the time of physical death are not promised this future resurrection into the perfection where the Spirit rules.  Instead are they told that they will resurrect into another life of corruption where once again their bodies will lead them to the grave as they did during the unbelievers first lives. –JOH 2:18.  In fact, Flavius Josephus, supposed Bishop of Jerusalem, claimed “that we have not rashly believed the resurrection of the body; for although it be dissolved for a time on account of the original transgression, it exists still, and is cast into the earth as into a potter’s furnace, in order to be formed again, not in order to rise again such as it was before, but in a state of purity, and so as never to be destroyed any more: and to every body shall its own soul be restored; and when it hath clothed itself with that body, it will not be subject to misery, but itself pure, it will continue with its pure body, and rejoice with it, with which it having walked righteously now in this world, and never having had it as a snare, it will receive it again with great gladness; but as for the unjust, they will receive their bodies not changed, not freed diseases or distempers, not made glorious, but with the same diseases wherein they died; and such as they were in their unbelief, the same shall they be when they shall be faithfully judged.” –WOJ;dch:5.  Thus, if Josephus’ description is accurate, can be seen the case where “it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgement.”—HEB 9:27.  If a person dies to the lifestyle of this world, the spirit of it, and accepts the spiritual lifestyle of Christ and his salvation then shall he be made alive through that spirit even unto eternal life; but if a person first dies a physical death without ever having known Christ and having experienced a death to this world, and the resurrection comes to those who have slept in the graves, the unrepentant shall be easily seen for what they truly are.  They shall return to the grave eternally as the ones who chose to trust Christ shall enter eternal life.)

The Apostle Paul, who was of the tribe of Benjamin – ROM 11:1 and known as “an Hebrew of Hebrews”—PHL e:5, considered himself as being amongst the leadership of the Pharisees in his knowledge of the law who acted as a judge of the believers in Jesus as the Messiah –ACT 7:58; but later he said this position within the Isaraelie nation brought him to the position he held in the Church; not by his perfection, but instead by God’s grace –PHL 3:1-14.  Thus is seen the fulfillment of the displacement of the Benjamin Tribe with the Tribe of Judah as Jesus said would be through his parable—MAT 19:28-30.); (See also: stone, jasper, breastplate).

The Apostle John said that Jesus told the woman in Samaria who gave a drink of water to the Lord that “God is a Spirit” – JOH 4:24; later John identified that spirit as being ‘agape’ love – 1JO 4:8, 16 which some scholars say was a term which did not exist before the time of the Christ’s walk on Earth.  Strong’s Concordance defines this type of love as being ‘affection or benevolence…a love-feast:—(feast) of charity …dear, love’  Thus Jehovah God is said to be perfect, consistent, unconditional love.  Thus, also, is the reason Scripture says that “No man hath seen God at any time” JOH 1:18, for except a spirit temporarily chooses to take on a physical form, they are invisible; something Jehovah has never decided to do but instead allows himself to be manifested through his only begotten son, Jesus—JOH 3:16; 1TI 3:16.  In like manner is Satan a spirit which can be identified as “fear” of, that is “terror” due to the fact that Jesus, the Christ, the Spirit of Truth—JOH 14:6, cast out Satan, the King of Terrors—JOB 18:14, from Heaven and thus comes the statement by the Apostle John that “There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment.  He that feareth is not made perfect in love”—1JO 4:18.  This then sets the Universal stage of the Spiritual battle which the churches have been attempting to teach about throughout the ages. However, quite different from the angels and demons being entities with physical form much the same as mankind’s; they are ethereal, usually without precise form, able to inflict themselves on people through their emotional influences.  People, by their nature, will serve at least one of these beings; the one they choose to serve could mean the difference between eternal life and death.); (See also: angel).

tabernacle: human bodies;

i(Note:  The word tabernacle is basically synonymous with temple as being a place of worship; however there is a difference whereas a tabernacle is basically mobile and made up of materials which are easily constructed and disassembled and which could be moved easily.  A temple, on the other hand, was considered to be a place of worship which was built out of strong, heavy materials and which was not meant to be easily torn down or moved.  The spiritual meanings of both these words could therefore be the same as being the human bodies of the Spirit; however one should be aware of the term used in the original language so as to know whether the term means a tabernacle which is mobile or one which cannot be moved.  The body which can be moved is one which is growing, learning how to cope in its universe, viz: a body of believers, a church; however the one which cannot be moved is the one which has found the Truth which it has decided to base its life upon and, regardless the  circumstances, cannot be moved from it.);  (See also: temple).

throne: 1. Heaven:

d[Thus saith the Lord, The heaven is my throne…] – ISA 66:1; (See: MAT 5:34; 23:22; (Note: The word “the” makes the term indicative of the highest Heaven and thus the term should be capitalized as meaning specifically God’s throne.  Here is an interesting fact: Even as much as all the religions of the world indicates that the subterranean regions of Earth were the stronghold of evil as indicated in Scripture by the “bottomless pit”; so do they also represent the forces of good as coming from above.   This, indicates that a least some of the “heavens” were above Earth’s atmosphere, or possible even were other planets since Job recorded that the Lord “walketh in the circuit of heaven” indicative of what Twentieth Century citizens of Earth would call space flight patterns.  Thus the term “heavens” is indicative of the vast territory which modern people call the sky, reaching in all directions infinitely into space.  However, when the term “the Heaven” is seen it indicates a specific location which seems to be beyond this physical pattern of space and somehow above it; probably via another dimension.  This complex of dimensions proposes a seven dimensional Universe with the three dimensions commonly known to mankind:  height, length and width; being overviewed by the commonly accepted, though unreal dimension of time.  Intermingled with this dimension called time is a dimension of light and darkness which influences the physical dimension toward either construction of destruction.  This supra-dimension called time will necessarily need to be circumvented by mankind if we are ever to find space travel feasible.  “above this supra-dimension of time are two competing guiding forces called the Spirit of Agape Love and the Spirit of Absolute Fear.  These two forces are at the same time both pulling mankind into unity with the Universal Kingdom of Heaven, or into eternal destruction.  The Kingdom of Heaven, being full of light, draws mankind toward the stars of heaven; by crating curiosity within them, mankind dreams of reaching out to the stars.  This spiritual kingdom of light, which represents truth, is the first heaven which Paul indicated existed when he wrote his second epistle to the  Corinthians 12:2.  In opposition to this is a Kingdom of Darkness wherein the fallen angels maintain influence over people to believe in so-called human limitations.  The sixth dimension consists to two answers to the problem concerning how someone could travel throughout the Universe taking into account its vastness which scientists must measure in light-years.  The first answer is the fact that since Jesus arose from the grave into eternal life and that all who accept this fact could also obtain eternal life; thus destroying the imaginary time barrier.  However in opposition to this is the Spirit of Death which says that all of mankind; and once dead, always dead.  Finally, the seventh dimension, the third heaven or Paradise as Paul called it –2CO 12:4, is that location called “the Heaven” in Scripture.  This is the place from whence Jehovah rules.  It is, in fact, Jehovah, God, himself.  From here does all energy flow; and no thing which has life can obtain or maintain it without contact with this dimension.  It is from here that pure light, pure life, pure love, pure energy flow; but in opposition to this is the “bottomless pit” wherein lies the source of lies, darkness, fear, and  avoid of nothingness.  These higher dimensions do not lie one above another such as space lies above the earth.  Instead they are all intermingles one with the other three dimensions of man’s acknowledged Universe.  Since when a void is opened to the atmosphere it instantly becomes filled with that atmosphere; it can be seen that the dark side of the spiritual universe is having light forced into it and quickly is being dissipated to someplace beyond mankind’s current comprehension outside of this sphere of the seven dimensional Universe God is completing.  Once completed the whole Universe will be full of light, life and love eternally.); (See: 2.4.5. and Fig. 2.4.5

A much come complete description of similar craft is given by Ezekiel –1:4-28.  Here one reads in detail objects which artists depict to look very similar to those of the Twentieth Century “U.F.O.”  Without a doubt they were objects of transportation and destruction as can be seen by the descriptions of them given by both Jeremiah -4:13, and Isaiah-66:15.)  (See: 2KI 2:1; JER 30:23-24; NAH 1:3; and EZE 1:4-28 for detailed description).  (See also: wing.)

woman:  1. City

d[…the woman which thou sawest IS that great city…,]-REV 17:18; (Note: Many theologians claim that a woman denotes, also, a church.  Though this is logically true since it can be found that most metropolitan cities have the roots or headquarters of one or more churches or denominations, the fact remains that Scripture defines the prophetic word “woman” as literally manning “city” withholding the term “church” for the figurative word “wife”.  If logically considered this makes considerable sense.  Since the Scriptures are concerned mainly with the joining of planet Earth with the heavens then it will only be those who are in the group of true followers who will make up that last city, or as Augustine described it, “society” which will become Christ’s bride and wife.  If will be this society of believers who will make up the true Church.  All other societies, or cities, though they may assume the name of a church or chruch denomination, will not be accepted by Christ as his bride.  Thus is seen a pulling away from the hard stance denominationalism of the past tot eh uniting of Christians under the banner of Christ.  The various societies, or cities of Christ of the past few centuries which have been so called denominations are finally uniting together to become the Bride/Wife of Christ instead of widespread societies of God.); (See also:  wife; whore).

Z

Zion:  Bethlehem;

(Note:  Although Jerusalem is often currently accepted as being Zion today, Scriptures seem to indicate that it was rather Bethlehem that was referred to as Zion originally.  Second Samuel 4:7 records that “nevertheless, David captured the fortress of Zion, the city of David” while Luke 2:4 records Joseph took Mary and they were counted in the census at “the city of David, which is called Bethlehem”.  This correlation of the town of Christ’s birth, Bethlehem, with the city where David first settled after defeating a place call the “fortress of Zion” is a precise indication as to where Zion is.  Mt. Zion, located north of the city of Zion/Bethlehem –PSA 48:2); (See also:  Mount Zion; daughter/of Zion).
