    So true! Working in recent weeks in Flood Relief has made me more appreciative of the fact that although things may be bad, worrying can be such a negative effect, Embrace the positivity andmove forward

  2. WHEW….. I shall read this literally everyday…. I needed this quote in my life at least since 2007~~~ LOL

  3. I say that worrying is a thief! it robs us of our ability to enjoy the “now”. So many times we create scenarios about what might happen in the future, and spend so much time worrying about fictitious things that never truly come to pass (except in our minds!!~). It is time to stop worrying about the future, it is time to forget about the past. It is time to enjoy TODAY!
